Since starting the business in 1997, Donna Bennett has been providing secretariat services and editor support to professional and industry associations, academics and the business community.
As her team grew it became necessary to describe the expanded services offered and in 2002 the Office Logistics trading name was established.
Office Logistics has continued to grow and in July 2009 registered as a company. Office Logistics employs a team of 6 and moved from Donna’s home into its own premises at the start of 2011.

Donna Bennett: 20 years and getting better
Donna Bennett has over 20 years’ secretarial and administrative experience in various roles, including an administrative role at Queensland University of Technology for five years where she worked closely with numerous academics. This provided the opportunity to gain in-depthknowledge and experience in the secretariat operations of academic associations and journals.
Donna then built a business that allowed her to continue her career while raising a family. Many have since outsourced work to her business based on its reputation of knowledge, experience, speed and efficiency. One of the key values in her business is enabling skilled people to continue working without sacrificing their families.
Office Logistics Team
Stephanie Hodgson is known for her attention to detail, accuracy and the speed with which she completes her work. She provides professional, efficient and timely support to clients and operates as an effective and proactive member of the team. Stephanie has over 20 years secretarial and administrative experience and has been working with Office Logistics since 2002 supporting not-for-profit associations.
Janelle Carleton has a wealth of skills and experience. She identifies and implements improvements in our processes. Her work ethic, integrity and high standards of performance are an asset to the Office Logistics team. Janelle has over 26 years’ experience in administration and nearly five years in the customer service industry. Janelle has been with the Office Logistics team for over seven years.
Vicki De Thomasis
Vicki De Thomasis joined our team five years ago and looks after all financial matters for our clients. She is a qualified Accountant with over 14 years’ experience.
Fran de Klerk
Fran de Klerk joined us at the beginning of 2009 from New Zealand where she successfully owned and managed her own business for seven years. Prior to that, she was the executive manager of a conferencing company, based in Namibia, handling, amongst other things, United Nations and Southern African Community Development Conferences. She has worked in public relations, advertising, and has held executive assistant positions in Namibia and South Africa. Fran has 29years’ experience in administration and management. She has developed and implemented administrative systems which enable her and others to work smart. Careful planning, implementation and consistent follow up is built into her work ethic.
Tracie Brittian joined us mid 2012 with 20 years of office experience. She always goes out of her way to assist both members and the Board. Her professionalism along with her good humourisa great asset to the Office Logistics team.
